Launched in Q3 2025, die “Zero-Harm” Initiative represents our most comprehensive PPE deployment project to date, targeting high-risk manufacturing facilities across Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia. This project was initiated in response to a 15% year-on-year increase in workplace foot and head injuries reported in the region’s textile and electronics sectors.
Our team conducted on-site ergonomic assessments at 42 factories, identifying critical gaps in existing safety protocols, particularly regarding slip resistance in humid environments and impact protection for overhead assembly lines. We designed a customized PPE package featuring:
- Proprietary “Aqua-Grip” Veiligheidskoene: Engineered with specialized rubber compounds to maintain traction on wet, oily factory floors common in tropical climates.
- Ventilated Composite Helmets: Reducing heat stress by 30% compared to traditional ABS helmets, encouraging higher compliance rates among workers.
- Moisture-Wicking High-Vis Vests: Ensuring visibility remains high even during intense physical labor in hot conditions.
Since implementation, partner factories have reported a 40% reduction in minor slip-and-fall incidents within the first six months.
